Review: It works, good for gym days, and comfy! Works nicely on day 5 and up, I wouldn't wear it in the first 3 days of your period obviously if you have a heavy period, it's a thing after all. Good quality and I highly recommended ! Please thumbs up for me, thank you!!.

Review: These are nice for the gym when your period just completed but you still feel self conscious, i would recommend wearing it on days you would normally wear panty liner not when you have day 1-3 on your period. Please thumbs up.
